Shipping policy

We ship across Canada and the United States.

Non-prescription orders are processed within 2 business days. Prescription orders are made to order: allow 5 to 10 business days after prescription verification for your lenses to be made, checked, and shipped.

Every order is tracked, and your tracking number is emailed to you when your glasses leave us. Clinic pickup is available for prescription orders choose it at checkout where offered.
