When will my glasses arrive?
Non-prescription orders ship within 2 business days. Prescription orders are made to order and typically ship in 5 to 10 business days after we verify your prescription.
Can I return or exchange?
Non-prescription frames can be returned within 30 days. Prescription lenses are made for your eyes, so if something is not right we first adjust, then remake — see our Returns policy for the full details.
Can I have my glasses adjusted?
Yes — free, in person, at any of our partner clinics. Bring your AuVoir frames and we will fit them properly.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No. Every frame can be ordered with non-prescription clear lenses or as sunglasses. For prescription orders, send us a current prescription after checkout.
What if my prescription has expired?
Book an eye exam at a partner clinic — then order with your new prescription.
