Refund policy

Non-prescription frames may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition, for a refund.

Prescription lenses are made to your individual prescription and cannot be restocked. If your prescription glasses are not right, contact us within 14 days: we will first adjust them (free, in person at a partner clinic), and if the issue is in the making or the prescription we filled, we will remake them.
