How prescription works
First — choose your frame and lens. Pick a frame, choose a lens tint (clear for everyday prescription, or a tinted lens), and check out.
Second — send us your prescription. After checkout, send a photo of your prescription or enter it by hand. We will email you a secure link if you do not have it ready.
Third — we verify, then we make. Every prescription is reviewed by a licensed dispenser before lenses are cut. If anything looks off, we contact you before making anything.
Fourth — fitting. Your finished glasses are shipped to you, or you can collect them at a partner clinic and have them fitted and adjusted in person, free.
What a valid prescription includes
Sphere (SPH), Cylinder (CYL) and Axis for each eye, and your pupillary distance (PD). Your prescription should be current — most are valid for one to two years from the exam date. If your PD is not written on your prescription, we can measure it at a partner clinic.
